Detached House Contracting Dispute

ArvoLex served as the attorney in a contracting case, which concerned the reasonableness and extent of the contractor’s performance in terms of building a detached house. Inspections were organized, and the parties exchanged briefs through attorneys, but did not come to an agreement. The case was heard in both the district court and the court of appeal, after which our client received a favourable judgment and was able to continue its contracting business.
